THE WORK BEHIND IT.
Independent projects,
built to stay useful.
We build and operate useful projects that make everyday ownership, access, knowledge, and tools work better.
01 / ACTIVE WORK
Independent projects. Different problems. One long-term home.
PROJECT_01
Sharpen better. Buy smarter.
A knife-first marketplace and professional SF Bay Area sharpening service that keeps quality kitchen knives in use longer through sharpening, resale, model discovery, and practical education.
KnifeRevive combines local physical service with a focused pre-owned cutlery marketplace, and its Annex extends the platform into curated art, self-hosted AI systems, and selected special finds.
MISSION / 2026
We build and operate useful projects that make everyday ownership, access, knowledge, and tools work better. From sharpening and resale to digital wallets, new language, and private sharing, Noverel turns practical ideas into real products, keeps them lean, and improves them as they prove useful.
02 / OPERATING MODEL
Lean by design.
Active by intent.
We prefer building real things over writing long business plans. Projects launch lean, stay inexpensive to operate, and improve in waves as users, demand, or new opportunities appear.
Not every project needs constant development. Some grow quickly. Some remain small but useful. Some sit quietly until the right reason appears to work on them again.
03 / LONG-TERM
Noverel is a long-term home for independent projects. The portfolio can change, expand, combine, or move into entirely different categories over time. The common thread is simple: build useful things, keep them alive, learn from them, and own the work for the long term.
04 / ORIGIN
Noverel began as a collection of independently built projects and continues to grow through experimentation, practical problem-solving, and long-term ownership. Each project keeps its own identity. Noverel is the work behind them.
